Can I visit your physical store in Los Angeles?
Yes, our flagship store is located in the ROW DTLA complex. We are open daily for in-person shopping.
Do you offer gift wrapping for home decor items?
We offer signature Japanese-style gift wrapping for a small fee, which can be selected at the checkout page.
Are your paper products fountain pen friendly?
Most of our stationery brands, such as Penco and Hightide, use high-quality paper specifically designed to prevent feathering and bleed-through.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
Many of our items are core collection pieces and are restocked regularly. However, limited edition collaborations may not be replenished.
Can I modify an order after it has been placed?
